(This is our personal favorite package for Wonder Event Co Couples!) You've started the process - maybe you have your venue and photographer locked in - but you'd love help pulling together the rest of the pieces. Thats where Wonder Event Co comes in! We will help fill in the gaps, and make sure your wedding day is just as beautiful as you imagined. Day-of coordination is exactly that: coordinating your big day! Wonder Event Co takes the reins on your wedding day so that you, your mom, bridesmaids, or great aunt susie, don't have to. You've done all the planning yourself - booked all your vendors, chosen your flowers, designed your tablescape - and now you just want to enjoy it without fielding 47 texts from your caterer the week before.
Wonder Event Co's Day-of Coordination package covers all your needs on your wedding day. We become your point of contact for every vendor, manage your timeline, and handle any hiccups so they never reach you! It is one of the best investments a self-planning couple can make.
Month-of Coordination: The Best of Both Worlds
If day-of feels too last-minute but full planning feels like more than you need, our Month-of Coordination package is the sweet spot. About four weeks before your wedding, we take over! Tying up loose ends, confirming every vendor, building a detailed timeline, and running your final details meeting.
